I (21F) have been having issues lately. For context, when I started masturbating at 17-18, I did use a form of a vibrator (specifics isn't important but it got the job done very well). I didn't over do it or anything, I never did it more than once as I do now (every so often, I could do it twice in a day if I had an orgasm once earlier in the day and then one later at night; one time, I had a few in one day with an ex but they were forced and felt weird so I try not to do it again).

For the last year or so, I've used vibrators and they don't have the same effect. Yeah they feel good, but it takes a bit to get somewhere. I've also used them when they're not on (I have an internal that I double as a dildo but in this case, I rub it up and down my clit), but basically, the only way I've been able to get off with my clit. I have tried a couple times to penetrate myself and rub my clit, but I had to get so far with my clit and then start to penetrate myself while trying to finish and it set me back a bit due to that. I want to try new ways to get off because I'm only 21 and I have problems by myself (I have even more issues with getting off with my boyfriend where it's difficult, almost nonexistent, to orgasm). This isn't an issue because I've always had caffeine and sugar and it's also not related but I started cutting caffeine and trying to cut sugar in general but maybe that'll work. Should I try aphrodisiac foods, smoking/doing weed before (I smoke but I don't think of doing it before), or some other things? What would help?
