Genital Herpes

My boyfriend had a flair up about two months ago he says it’s from me but to my knowledge I’ve never been with anyone before him that’s had it and I’ve never had it. Also to note his mother has the same thing. The doctor said it’s the kind you get on your mouth but it’s on his lowers parts. We have done it multiple times almost every other day since there were no sign of open sore. Now ik what your thinking why tf would you do that. And my answer is bc he had made me believe that I gave it to him so my thinking was well I already have it so 🤷🏾 but my question is now am I just fucked now? Can I no longer do oral?
