I had intercourse with an escort girl for the first time. I was also a virgin but I didn't take much pleasure because of my genitals numbness so I didn't even reach climax... (maybe because of Accutane and or PSSD, I also have anorgasmia since 6 years and it's killing me)

I was paranoid so I asked her a lot of questions before our meeting, after asking she told me she was on PrEP, had all her vaccines and she was doing tests every month and an half.

It was protected, I used condom for both oral and vaginal intercourses but I did an unprotected cunnilingus.

Considering I have an obsessional personality (OCD), can I go to the medical center to ask for PEP ? Even if I trusted her, she was kind, sweet and very human, not just there to spread her legs, we talked a lot (she knew I had mental illnesses before and she accepts any type of persons, including handicapped people), but I can't get over the fact I'm going to have panic attacks because the idea that the thinnest possibility exists, despite all the green flags, will get stuck in my head.

My mental illnesses are : all anxiety disorders, dysthymia, OCDs, borderline syndrome.

My question is : do you think medical centers offers PEP even if I tell them almost everything was protected or do they just accept people who really took a high risk ? It's free in my country.

I'm vaccinated for papillomavirus and hepatitis B (not A) also.
