Good evening everyone. A while back, I learned about Nuru gel and the famous messages for which it is traditionally used. It honestly sounded too good to be true? A clear gel that makes you as slick as a wet noodle and doesn't stain? Sign me up! However, after doing a bit more research I am starting to worry that it is rally is in fact too good to be true. From multiple reviews I have read, users say that it is fun for a few minutes but dries up way too fast and becomes unbearably sticky. That sounds like terrible time. However, I am curious if this is the case most of the time or if those reviews were of cheap versions of the gel that don't hold up. I also think they might not have understood that you are supposed to cover yourself in the stuff, rather than being conservative like with typical massage oils.
All this to say, I would like to get opinions and reviews from individuals who have dabbled with the stuff before. Did it dry up way too fast, or was it slick and slippery for a good long while? Does the brand really make all the difference and if so what sources do you recommend? Does it only work in the traditional body on body style of massage that shares its name or can it be used for a more traditional hands only massage? Any and all experience is appreciated. Thanks.
