I keep getting uti infections

I've never made a post like this before so please delete if it's not allowed.
As the title states I keep getting uti infections and its really frustrating as we very much enjoy our sex life and using toys, it seems every time I use a toy or go to rough I end up with an infection. We wash ourselves or any toys that we plan on using before and after use. I don't know where we're going wrong?
Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated
