I (28F) have been sexually active for almost 15 years, but it’s only this year that I’ve begun exploring my sexuality in earnest. Earlier this year, I squirted for the first time. I’ve always wanted to do it, but I could never achieve it, as I felt like I was going to urinate, and that caused a psychological block that prevented it from happening.
Now that I’ve done it, that psychological block has been removed, and while it doesn’t happen every time, it does occur on occasion. Sometimes, it’s just a little, and sometimes, it’s a gush.
When I first started doing it, I noticed that it was accompanied by an intense pressure, followed by a tremendous sense of relief. Now, though, I’ve noticed that while the pressure remains, I don’t always get the relief part. Last night, I was having sex with my play partner, and we were in a position that was incredibly stimulating to my G spot. I felt the pressure build and build, but I didn’t get the sense of relief, so I was surprised when we finished up and I noticed that I had sprayed the bed.
I guess I’m wondering if this is normal. Do your orgasms change as you get older and gain more experience? Is there a physiological reason for this?
