Want to switch up cowgirl
Post Body

Cowgirl is my favorite position and based on feedback and reactions from my partner, I’m pretty good at it. I can grind, bounce, twerk, do circles etc. When I ride though, I do it leaning forward with my chest down where I can kiss my partner or leaning forward where I use the headboard for support. I want to be able to ride sitting straight up (no leaning). Any advice on how to transition to this? I feel like sitting straight up that I don’t have leverage and if I use his chest I feel like I’m pressing to hard. Does riding while sitting straight up require alot of core strength or leg strength? I don’t have that. Also, I’ve never done reverse cowgirl. Any tips on doing that?
