Fiancé says it feels sharp

My fiancé and I started as long distance fwb and had intercourse many times. The last two times were spread further apart and each time she said it feels sharp when I enter her. The only angle that doesn’t feel as bad is if I’m entering from directly above basically (with her knees to her chest). Even then it still does sometimes if I move much. Any advice on what to do or what it may be?
