My sister's sewing machine is broken?

Where can I find someone who knows how to repair a sewing machine? Threads keep wrapping around the bobbin case. The model of the machine is brother compal-ace. My father bought this machine to his customer and he can't contact the customer coz he forgot to get his number.
Also where can I post this dilemma? So that it can have a wider audience. TIA.
