Hi ladies,

I’m a 41 yo man that for some reason bought a sewing machine cause I wanted a new hobby. I have been really wanting to get into it but haven’t had the time until now. I’ve only sewed a couple things…burp cloths. Pillow case. That’s about it. I’m challenging myself to sew a Xmas gift for my wife. She’s in need of a new purse or bag. Or both! But maybe probably something in between. I was hoping you fine ladies wouldn’t mind helping me out with ideas or even better a pattern that I can use. I don’t want to do just a plains Jane tote but am looking to impress her and have her fall in love with it because she’s simply the best wife and mother to my 1 yo son. I know it might be a lot to ask but if you have created something that has a wow factor and something you think a I might be able to pull off I would love to see your pictures and hear you advice!
