Post Body

Hi all,
I finished sewing a cape made of satin. It was the first time for me to work with satin. It is very slippery indeed and it also frays easily. But that's not the problem. I have attached the hood to the cape part and it seems to hold. But I am afraid that the weight of the cape will tear open the seam. Is there anything I can add to add stability of the seam that works on satin?
