I am terrible sorry for all of my ignorance for sewing and especially with my apparently super rare union special machine

But I have been working with it recently (thanks to all of your help) and made some progress but recently the stitch hasn't been holding. The bottom thread makes loops above it and the top thread doesn't hold or stay where its suppose to. I can easily pull out the thread Its hard to describe I can make a video or edit in a photo (link). But due to the nature of my confusion I can find anything online to fix it

I played with the tension for both. I switched the direction for the bobbin. Changed the needle. Rethreaded it. I dunno. Everything moves it technically works. It just doesn't lock

If this is a tension then I can play with that more. But I dunno what it is...also after a completed line, There is always a thread that gets ripped of and stuck around the bobbin case. I think this might be a side cause.
