Another upcycle! Fabric: a $8 shirt from goodwill. This was my first time shirring fabric so I bought some elastic thread to put in my bobbin. Also thanks to this sub that recommended to lightly hand wind the elastic thread bobbin. I didnt use a pattern but I used a skirt I already have to outline it out, and measured myself then traced out a shape for the top on my moms parchment paper........ Lol just making use of what I already have.
I used this video to learn how to do the shirring: https://youtu.be/iDPQoNGb-g4?si=8BH0zanSNq0QOlmchttps://youtu.be/iDPQoNGb-g4?si=8BH0zanSNq0QOlmc
