Anyone have suggestions for a cover on this kind of chair/futon?

I have one of these futon/chairs (this isn’t my pic), and I’d like to make a cover for it. It’s for my daughter’s dorm room next year to be stored in the nook under her bed and used as an alternative sitting/studying place in the room.
Maybe two covers—one for it as a chair and the other for it as a bed? Maybe make the cylinder and then a big blousy shape that can be cinched with a drawstring for either configuration? Any suggestions?
