duct tape dummy dress form

hello! i am working on a project for someone, and i do not have a dress form. i know how to make a duct tape dummy, but this person wears a larger size than me. i have their measurements, so my plan is to make a dtd on myself and then pad it out to their size.
how should i go about doing this? should i pad myself before making the dtd, or should i pad the dtd itself afterwards? i don’t have any foam right now nor the means to get any, so i’ll need to be creative with the padding.
