Hey fellow CARATs!

Recently I remembered this beautiful piano cover that I adored of Together that I found on YouTube a while back. I can't place the name of the channel that did the arrangement but I can no longer find the video which I am really sad about ;-;

All I remember was that the thumbnail and video image was really aesthetic (I know, not very helpful;;;; but it was pastel-y pinks and blues I think, might have been a landscape?) with just the title name in the centre, and the captions were optional which had the english lyrics available to read along with while listening to the arrangement. It was very slow and must have been a lullaby or music-box version too? I specifically remember reading the lyrics and crying to this cover so if anyone remembers listening to this also, could you help me find it again or tell me what happened to the video if you know? I'd really really appreciate it! Thank you!
