Hear me out because I know there are a lot of posts about their bond, but I need to gush over it.

Does anybody ever think about how interdependent the members are with each other. If you think about it most of them have lived together since they were preteens, and some of them have lived together with the other members for even longer than they've lived with their birth families. I think it's especially prominent in the younger members and the Foreign ones. This is because they've come to depend on the older members for a good bit of their pre-debut years and after. Take Vernon for example he had a very tough time in school (to even the point where he dropped out of middleschool) this was because he had no friends and he was discriminated against so heavily for being a bi-racial Korean. But if you look at all the pre-debut videos and even the ones until now of him with the members he looks so happy and content with them. He is able to be himself and even grow into a more beautiful person that is unapologetic about himself.

But also foreign members because they didn't know anybody but the other members when they came to Korea and they didn't have any friends or family there. But the members became their family and so did the members' parents since they've been away from their own for so long (like how Minghao called Mingyu's dad even more than he called him when he was in China last year).

Their interdependency is really prominent, even in a recent interview with Elle Jeonghan talked about how he wishes that they (the members) will live in the same neighborhood even when time passes. I think it'll be really interesting to see how far they take it (ie. if they go off to service together or move in next door to each other later and if their children will become friends too)

What do you guys think, and what other instances have really shown how interdependent they are on each other for research purposes of course 😉?
