I purchased an iPad 3rd gen back in 2012. I still have purchase slip on my best buy account. I eventual purchased an air 2 with is the one I still use today sadly. This third gen I gave to my mother. She's had it for years. I need to assist her into getting back into the device and a friend from another tech related forum I am in sent me just one phrase. r/setupapp, So here I am. Without saying too much I would like to understand what this is and how could I apply this in helping her. is it a program?

I have already pulled off her photos with is really all she uses it for and occasionally using the web browser..
