How to play against split pushers with Sett

I'm pretty much to the point where I know what to do after laning phase unless there's a split pusher like Yorick, Nasus, Tryndamere, or even Sion. I had a Sion get 7 towers in a game that we lost. I wrecked him in lane but it didn't matter. He built hullbreaker and just wrecked a lane while I was team fighting. How do you play and build against this strategy on Sett? Or maybe any top laner.
