Is there any way to add a contact shortcut to my homescreen? Proton Mail

I bought sesame and the contacts addon. I would like to add a shortcut to my homescreen so I can send an email to a particular contact using proton mail.

Is there any good way to do this? The shortcut should do the same thing as pressing the button in the screenshot.

For the life on me I can't figure this out and heading into the sesame settings I can't create a custom shortcut for proton mail like I could with gmail.
