I need to take my CSA exam for work. I’m a UX Designer with 20 years of graphic, web &marketing experience. But, my new role requires that I get my SN CSA. I am completely new to it, and I failed the exam on Friday after 2 weeks of studying. I went through the fundamentals training, and watched a 7 1/2 hour YouTube video a few times, but I think it might’ve been outdated. I have hundreds of notecards, 50 pages of notes on a word, doc, but about 40% of the exam was just stuff I didn’t recollect at all. Should I pay for a coach? Any help is greatly appreciated.
