How to create conditional fields in a form?

Post Body

Hi all,

Working with tables and forms in Service Now, I'm trying to have a field (question) become visible to the requester after they have answered a previous question a certain way. Example. Question 1 is "Term Type" with the answer choices being "Fixed" and "Auto Renew". If the users answers with "Auto Renew", then I want to present a subsequent string field / question to appear which the user needs to populate. The subsequent field is blank and not a choice field, otherwise I would have used Dependent Field method.

Appreciate your advice.
