Pays plans based on surveys scores.
A survey is something that is based on a emotional response. How can you base someone livelihood on an emotional response?
You may be the best service advisor and on your best day ever, but something happened to your client today that has put them in a really bad mood. Now they are filling out a survey that effects your pay check because they have a stone in their shoe you miss out on half your paycheck.
