I'm not gonna disclose where I work. But I am having 4-6 come backs a day and I brought this up several times cause this has been happening for weeks.
My service director says that I could fix all of these problems with being positive about the situation and hasn't really talked to our Forman or techs. I'm at a loss and don't know what to do my reputation with my customers is slowly getting worse and nothing is changing.
Oof I wouldn't let that slide. You don't fix them. A good advisor is positive yes but also knows how to read the room. I'd talk to your foreman or lead tech. I'd try a few things but every store is different. If I got no results I'd pack my shit and find another drive. That's fucking with your money. All that kept in mind...techs are not as good as they were 10 years ago and cars have gotten more advanced (depending on brand)
