Just as the title states, I have a coworker stealing from me. He will watch the appointments list for potential things coming in and even if my name is on an appointment, he will wait till I am away from my desk talking to a customer, and then he will delete the appointment and remake the appointment in his name.

I've spoken to management about this and they said "nobody will want to work with you if you keep bringing this up. Just write tickets, we can't sit here and babysit you."

Seems like my manager is trying to protect the thief. I've only mentioned this issue once before so I am unsure why it continues to happen.

What can I do? Is there anything technology wise that I can do in CDK service that prevents this from happening?
