Anyone else use all data manage?

I recently started at a small independently owned shop coming from a big corporate owned shop(Tire Choice) witch was terrible but used Vast(every easy cant mess up even if you wanted to)
all data manage isn’t bad at all just tons of more clicks and tad more confusing trying to write up a single ticket. Anyone know of any shortcuts using all data? Any advice would be great
