Service Dog w/ a Lab Coat
Post Body

I am a science college student and thus, my dog has to be PPE ready. I already have goggles and boots for him, but I'm having some troubles with the coat.

I read online that others use regular (medium) lab coats for their labradors, so I tried that, but my collie's (52lbs) shoulders don't really fit. I don't want to keep going back and forth with the lab coats that are provided in my class because it can seriously violate the safety regulations... Does anyone else here have experience with this? Or even just have recommendations?

He also isn't gonna start going to class with me for 2 weeks, so for the first one, I had to actually bring the coat home which already violated some of these regulations 😅.

I'm thinking I will try a large, but I would rather not have to try a 3rd one if that doesn't fit. These are just standard disposable button up lab coats.

What should I do?
