Heart issues from seroquel ?

I am taking 12.5 mg of seroquel and I’m having what feels like a sluggish heart when I exercise. Almost feels like my heart isn’t keeping up. I’m very physically fit and normally would not feel this way. Anyone else had this from such a small dose ? Will it subside like a lot of symptoms do over time ?
