high cholesterol for almost 2 years

Hi! I quit taking seroquel about a year ago now and still have high cholesterol since starting seroquel 3 years ago. I am only 29F, eat fairly healthy but have strong family metabolic syndrome. anyone went or going through something similar? TOT-234, LDL-145,nonHDL-172 these levels have been fairly consistent
