I believe the podcast mentioned that they checked Best Buy and the Park and Ride to see if there was any security camera footage (of which there was none).

However, just looking at the map between Woodlawn and Best Buy there seems to be a number of places that might've had security cam footage including:

• The Burger King, McDonald's and Exxon gas station right next to Best Buy
• Dunkin Donuts, Shell gas stations on the corner down from Woodlawn on the way to Best Buy

Of course, these places might not have been there back then, but I'm guessing a couple were. Perhaps the resolution on the cameras wouldn't be great, but a shot into the passenger side of Hae's car and Adnan's car would reveal whether they were alone or had two people in the car (which would prove/discredit whether Adnan got a ride and whether Adnan was with Jay).
