This is the dumbest question that will be asked on this subreddit, but is there a connection between Serial and the popular viral video "You Could Stop At Five Or Six Stores"?

This has bothered me since the earliest images associated with the series were released online and I can't find anything so I'm just gonna--

This is the viral video in question. The first of many "participants" in the event of the video is named "Carla Shaw". I can't find information regarding why the video was made, where the company who produced it was located, or anything in that vein. I have been unable to find any information on Carla Shaw or her history, personal or professional.

The video seems low-quality but could possibly have been recorded in the past 15 years, and The Shaw's ages appear as though they might match up.
