Hello everyone. I got my Momentum 4 delivered a few days ago. I've been enjoying them a lot and I've also done the latest update using the app. Everyone was saying the app is really bad and I couldn't agree more.

Yesterday the double tap function didn't seem to be working (which leaves me stuck in NC mode and opening the app is a pain in the ass to switch to ambient mode every time) but after a few minutes, it decided to work again I guess? Today neither the double tap function nor the head detection doesn't work. Tbh it's a little annoying to experience these problems after spending a relatively big amount of money. I'd appreciate any suggestions or your experiences with it so far!

EDIT: After turning off the on-head detection feature, it seems to be working again. But does this mean I'll have to give up on this feature just like that?
