I've had my 350BTs for quite a while now and while I've had my issues with the microphone, it's never been anything major or that affected my music listening experience. However, recently I switched from my iPhone 7 to a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE and with this new phone the microphone will randomly activate while I'm listening to music and stop what I'm listening to, which is obviously a problem. I've checked and it doesn't seem to have anything to do with Samsung's voice assistant being accidentally activated, since when I do this deliberately the microphone is not activated. I've gone into settings and set the 350BTs to only be used for music instead of calls, but I don't know whether this will help?
Is there any way to outright disable the microphone so that it doesn't keep interrupting my music?
