Mesh letting go on the MTW3

Heey, Last couple of weeks I have tried contacting Sennheiser with no response. The mesh on my MTW3 let go when pulling the eartip of. I bought these last year september. Any advice on how to contact them in another way?
Btw im in the Netherlands, thanks for reading and helping me out.
