CX Plus vs MTWS3

The CX Plus is available in my country for 45 dollars meanwhile the TWS3 is available for 120 dollars.
Which is a better value?
Do both of them have quality controll issue?
Keeping in mind that I can't swap them out incase of quality control as the country I'm buying them from is not the country I usually live in.
