ADC Build: After Manamune?

Hey y'all. I just started running Glacial Senna with Presence of Mind and Coup De Grace.
Started Building Manamune, but i'm not sure where to go after that! I usually build bloodthirster, but i'm worried that not having lethality might be taking a toll on my dps, even against squishies. I'm hearing that i should go Manamune-Umbral Glaive-Essence Reaver, but i'd like to learn in-depth WHY these are preferred builds.
What do you guys build after Manamune and why?
