Why Lucian senna don't have special buff or interaction?

Im currently play wild rift and my main is senna I want to ask why Lucian and senna don't have any special interaction? Why xayah and rakan have one?

I'm sure in both games wr and PC league Lucian senna don't feel good to play with.... Even Lucian mains prefer another support over senna.

Some cool stuff like when senna hit the W the next attack Lucian did will stun the enemy for duration of the root( turn the root to stun).

And Lucian first skill reduce amror when he play along side senna
