Okay. You would think this would be easy. I publish paperback books through KDP. I publish the hardback editions through Ingram-Spark, as KDP doesn't offer a dust jacket.
Here is the link to my paperback:Â https://www.amazon.com/Confessions-Union-Buster-New-Activist/dp/1954929048
Here is the link to my hardback (which can only be found on Amazon by searching for the ISBN. A title search doesn't find it):Â https://www.amazon.com/Confessions-Union-Buster-Martin-Levitt/dp/195492903X
I want the two pages linked together. I have tried to do it with the Link to Existing Hardback option on my Bookshelf page, but now the page shows I have a Hardback in Draft mode, which I don't want.
HOW do I link these two pages so that people have more options? Why is this so hard to do? I have LOTS of other books in paperback form that I want to put into hardback form, but if no one can ever find the hardbacks, what's the point.
I wish KDP offered hardbacks with dust jackets.

Thanks, but there is no place to send a request. The contact us options are to call them or live chat. I tried chat yesterday, but the person I'm guessing was on the other side of the world couldn't help me. Is there a place you know where I can send a request?
