I’ve been working on improving my self-love and self-care routines, and I’d love to hear how you all practice self-love on a daily basis. What are some of your go-to activities or habits that make you feel good about yourself?
For me, I try to start each day with a few positive affirmations and some quiet time to set my intentions. I also make sure to take breaks during the day to do something I enjoy, like reading a book or going for a walk. And at night, I love to unwind with a relaxing bath and a good skincare routine.
