Absolutely they can. But THEY have to be the ones that want it and DO it. So if you want to change, hell yes, you absolutely can. Break those generational traumas, rock out to some therapy and somatic healing, create hwslthy boundaries, grow your confidence and reach for your ideal self.
But if you're waiting for someone else to change, don't.
