I was hoping this sub would send helpful self-improvement posts to my feed. Instead, it seems like a place for people to vent about how crappy their life is.

Post Body
I was expecting to get some good information to help improve my life, but I feel like most people here just vent and complain about not having enough sex, or friends, or work. I am getting nothing but upvoted posts from people who clearly need therapy, and not advice from people on the internet.
Where are the true selfimprovement posts? The ones that give solid tips and advice? I’ve yet to see any good ones.
