Hello guys,
I just thought I share some good news with everyone before the new year resolutions start coming in.
On 1st January I decided to stop drinking coffee. It has been 10 months now and I haven't had a sip. I went from drinking 3 double espressos and 2 large redbulls a day to no coffee at all and maybe 1/2 redbulls a month. I am not planning to stop drinking redbulls as I only have it sometimes.
Its a good feeling when you set goals and achieve it. I hope that someone reads this and hopefully gets inspired to stick with their goals.
