I know that there are tons of tips about this available on the internet but I can't seem to follow any of those or it just doesn't work for me.
I have tried pulling an all nighter, taking melatonin pills, not consuming caffeine, and so much more. It seems to work for maybe a week or so but I always end up going back to my bad sleep schedule which is 4:00 am to 12:00 noon. This has been my sleeping schedule for two years now and it has since affected my academic performance, personal relationships, and productivity. I almost always miss my morning classes because of it. Whenever I try waking up even just 30 minutes earlier, I would feel too sleepy to get out of bed. I sometimes try to drink coffee to deal with the sleepiness but it only makes it more difficult for me to sleep at night.
I also cannot sleep without masturbating. I know I have a lot of issue and I need to see a professional but I do not have the capacity to do that right now. I would appreciate any advice that has worked for you or someone you know who experienced the same thing.
