Does this ever happen to you?
Suppose you’re practising something regularly. Any skilled activity, physical or mental. Then you take a short break (3 - 7 days) and pick it back up again….
Bam! you notice a sudden improvement in skill level. I’ve noticed it with software programming, with playing Rocket League on my PS, with actual soccer, guitar lessons….and even with sex! (Like I was on a work trip for 3 weeks, came back and was lasting longer with my gf, better technique and better orgasms. I hope she believes it was indeed a work trip teehee)
The idea here is to try and understand if this is indeed some physiological factor and if I can tap that as a productivity hack faster without waiting for a week or 2
