Anger and bottling up emotions
Post Body

I’ve had issues with anger my whole life a few years ago I finally found a therapist that was able to help me make huge changes that I’m really proud of. Last night I had a setback. I was quick to anger and couldn’t self soothe. I called my mom and just spewed out these “facts” that later when I calmed down I think are actually fears. I hate the idea that I could possibly be too faced. So I guess I’m looking for some insight- how can I hold myself accountable with being honest with myself? What are some ways you deal with anger? Any recommendations on YouTubers, podcasts, books ect that focus on this?
