Hello everyone, I decided to speak about something which I think is important for the confidence and mental health and also helped me deal with negativity. People telling you that you are not good for something or that you don't have place where you are (job, school, university etc). Some people are mean and try to bring down others saying to them that they shouldn't be on a specific job, they are not good enough for it and do on. For example since I work in construction I hear this from time to time. Most of the time the comment is mean and people speak behind the back of others. Making big problem from simple things and mistakes. Another example could be if you work in fast food industry, you are a new guy, you make a few mistakes and some co-worker starts to brag about how you shouldn't be working this because you don't understand the process etc. Words can hurt but remember why you are doing this in the first place. People will say you are not good enough and therefore you will be excluded from the group. You are unique and you have specific skills. I know about a lot of doctors/lawyers not being good at what they do but keep going despite how important their job is and how they can affect the lives of others. If you work low quality job and people around you try to sabotage you with those comments of not being good enough just ignore them because most of the time it's just mean comment. But lets say you are really not good at this, what should you do? You just keep going and ignoring the others. if you are a hard worker and honest one you MUST not give up! Save as much money as you can and develop your true skills. When you have the resources leave the job and follow your dreams. I know it's hard to ignore the comments but you have to be strong and focused. Not all people want to help others, some of them will bring you down, consider you as threat. If you have any ideas or you want to share experience with this please do it. Thank you!
