Hi all! First - sorry for any typos etc, writing on mobile.
Little back story, started at a corporate IT company when I was 15, I’m still with them ten years later and have continually had to improve to compete with people that have several years of skill on me. For the last two-three years I’ve felt stuck, this did change a bit a year ago when a new company took over and I got moved to a new role but it was similar enough to my old one that I’m starting to want to up skill and improve in other areas.
Here’s my issue and why I’m not 100% sure if it’s this sub it should be in, I have no idea what to upskill in, Ive been so focused on what I’ve been due to do and ups killing directly towards my career that there isn’t much left to learn in my profession that I won’t naturally as I progress.
I’ve been thinking I might create a YouTube about upskilling as I already run one for the company so it wouldn’t be hard to do, I was wondering more if there’d be a easy way to see what the people of reddit would like to see? Don’t know, just need to do something to break through the funk I’m in
