How to get back up?

These past months I have been procrastinating. I keep on falling into this endless pit and at the end of the day, I feel bad.

I was doing intermittent fasting before, and then I fell out of it after a few months. And it's hard to get back into it.

I was doing well at work during the first 4 months of the Covid outbreak in my country and now, I'm falling. It's like I don't want to do anything, I don't want to work I just want to do nothing. The weekend days off are always unproductive ones.

I enrolled myself to free courses online but I only attended a few times.

But there are a couple of small wins, like I've been gradually decluttering my room and donated some old clothes, college books, electronics and unused art supplies to people.

Where do you all get your motivation, energy the drive? when you suddenly feel like you're drained even though you sleep, you still feel out of energy.
