Hey so I've recently cut down on stuff like gaming etc (dopamine hijackers) and i kinda have this urge to read some interesting material that is useful and applicable irl. I don't really want to read a book, but rather something like an article or a reddit post. I love reading stuff on reddit but I just end up wasting time scrolling mindlessly. I don't really want to read a book because I feel like my attention span is more suited to reading 1-2 page articles also bc I have like 20 minute breaks here and there (like, say, while eating).
I'm not entirely sure what exactly I want to read, but, any suggestions where I can find content like that? Whether on reddit or elsewhere? Are there any subreddits that have that kind of material?
