Anyone use this program?

I'm not sure the proper way to use the modules.

For example the "winning people" module has 4 sessions.

They say it takes 3 to 4 weeks to form new programs in the brain.

Should I listen to one session per day and cycle the four sessions until I've hit 3 to 4 weeks?

The website says it's okay to just have it playing in the background and it's the repetition of hearing it that makes it effective. Is there any benefit to repeating what they're saying to myself or out loud?
